vote! so i don't have to

Remember everyone: vote early and vote often.

Don't forget the statistical significance of your vote. You just might tip the election. Especially if you're registered in California like most of you reading this. Though if you are voting in California, I suppose you could decide the future of high speed rail in the state!

Presidential race notwithstanding, there are several important propositions besides 1A, plus the usual pledges to fight the chaos in Oakland's city hall...

We passed the Prop. 2. We sure know how to treat our chickens, cattle and pigs to a good life before we kill and eat them. We, however, can't extend civil rights to our fellow human beings and passed the Prop. 8.

We could always pass prop 2A next year where all forms of marriage are banned. What exactly is the government's vested interest in people being married? Is it anything like the government's desire to have as many people as possible own a home? Because that's been working out real well for the last few years.

You meant Prop 8A, not 2A. It has nothing do with owning a home. They will propose to ban divorces too if they have a way to word it. Yike, get stuck with the same mate the rest of your life is..... (fill in the blank.)
